Return Policy

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans with attention to detail. In a few cases, there may be minor blemishes and imperfections in the making as not any two products could be similar.

Having said that, all our products have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 ays after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the Product is received for authorised return successfully, AAYUVEDA will instantly initiate the refund to your original payment method/account within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed/shipped, no cancellation request will be entertained. However return is possible for all orders/products on account of manufacturing defects or transit damages.

Shipping & Delivery Policies -

We ship all orders within 2 to 5 days of you placing the order depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 12 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it through while it’s on the way!
At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from one of our many international warehouses to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible! Due to high demand on our offers, please allow 10 to 14 working days (due to international shipping and custom procedures).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have our own custom tracking system for all shipments. It is highly unlikely you will not receive your order other than international shipping and custom procedures delays or wrong address.
